Samuel Stewart Mukandirwa is the Co-Founder of Mingere Consults & Associates Limited. Holding an MBA in Civil Engineering and Public infrastructure management. He brings extensive leadership experience in Project administration, procurement, logistics and construction management.
Samuel drives the firm’s overall corporate governance and strategic direction upholding the highest standards of consulting excellence.
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Kiwanuka Abdul Hakim is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in marketing, operations management, manufacturing, procurement and business administration. He has held key leadership positions including Head of marketing at Kings & Queens college in South Africa, Factory manager at VEB Uganda and overall manager for procurement at Sonary Procurement. With experience across different sectors, he brings a broader understanding of organizational leadership, strategic planning, resource management and business operations. His professional approach empathizes efficiency, team work, accountability and the achievement of organizational goals. He is committed to contributing to institutional growth, operational excellence and sustainable business development through effective management and strategic decision making.
